Returns Policy

We want you to love your journal and tools. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refund Policy

• Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thedreamisthetruth.co with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
• Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, gift cards, and opened journals are non-returnable.
